Mind In View®

Mindinview® Is a drawing I did when I was about 18 years of age. My first husband actually kept it for me for many years and when I showed it to my father (now deceased) he thought a great deal of it.

I have never considered myself artistic and in fact I came last in art in my high school certificate and here is an example of my high school pottery (which is undamaged).

This drawing which I have recently given the title ‘Mindinview®’ is actually very special to me. When I created ‘Mindinview®’ it wasn’t my attempt at art, it was a way for me to express something that I couldn’t do in words, either verbally or written.

Mindinview.com is for my artwork and down the track I will add some more, including my son Sean’s artwork.
For those people that would like to purchase a print, I have had some printed, in poster and medium size.
I also have some silk fabric prints of Mindinview® measuring 60cm x 90cm for those who might prefer fabric print.

The Ribbon of Lines drawing was done at the same time as Mindinview®. These mean such a great deal to me,
I barely spoke then and was very limited… neither did I draw. When younger I would try and draw horses’ heads
because I loved them so much, but nothing else. In 1980 I drew Mindinview® and was in a very difficult place,
I didn’t draw anything again till the mid 1990’s.

Mindinview® and Ribbon of Lines, was, my mind in view.
